Many project plans are based on common assumptions and assume standard solutions. Both can get in the way of the client's ambition. I create a plan from the project ambitions that is focused on achieving the project goals and has room for adaptation.
Project Finance
Project finance that does not adequately account for uncertainties can quickly derail a sound plan. But uncertainties can change over the life of a project. To account for that, I review cash flow and budgets regularly for changes in the project.
Project Risk
Risks are not only one of the least understood aspects of realizing projects, they are also one of the most important. Without risk management, every unplanned event holds the danger of derailing the project. With my substantive knowledge, I can address risks at the source.
Project Contracts
A useful contract monitors the effectiveness of informal collaboration by clearly and transparently establishing contractual processes and project frameworks. It is certainly not meant to be an archival document, but can be a useful tool.
